Learning from some of the greats in the past can help you elevate many areas of your life. Whether it’s reading an eBook, paperback, or listening to an Audiobook version, reading is accessible anywhere you go. I have learned so much from reading over the years and want to share my top 3 books with you today.
Not having enough time or making excuses no longer works as you can bring digital or audio versions with you on your smartphone wherever you go. Spending just 10 minutes a day reading or listening can be very powerful.
Here are my top 3 Book of all time:
All 3 of these books are powerful in themselves, although if you read all of them and apply them together you may be able to achieve massive amounts of growth in your life. I have read all these multiple times and I suggest you do the same.
While reading something once is great, you really start to understand these books when you go back and visit them again. Studying and applying will lead to positive results. I like to read with a highlighter in hand. This way when I reach a section that I find of importance I highlight it on the spot. This allows me to revisit certain sections of a book and have the key takeaways highlighted.
My all-time favorite book when it comes to mindset, this book is one of the best written in my opinion. It doesn’t solely focus on financial gain alone but life in general. Opening the power of the mind and understanding your ability to affect your life is key.
This book has endless real-life examples and studies from people all over the world who have acquired huge amounts of riches in their lives. It is based on real life principles to help you grow in any area of your life you choose.
Just by reading this book isn’t going to make you rich by any means. Studying, understanding, and applying is a critical factor to get real results.
Hill has written many best-selling books, although this is one of the most popular of all time. It’s a bit long and may be dry in areas for some people, but the main takeaway is powerful.
While this book also is about the power of your mind like Think and Grow Rich it is written much different. It’s not based on as much financial gain but more general areas like success or health. This book is very practical in how it’s written and is easy to understand.
This book is important for everyone to read no matter where you are in life. While there is no magic pill and 24-hour program to get where you want, you do have a huge affect on where you end up. Understanding how you think, will lead you in the direction of the life you will experience.
Having a negative attitude and outlook will lead to negative results, while having a positive attitude will lead to positive results. Schwartz says you must think big to achieve big results, it’s literally this simple.
Do you want to finally achieve your best year ever? Having big goals and sites on January 1st is easy. Having these same big aspirations and goals come April or May is much more difficult. Michael Hyatt writes actionable books.
This book goes covers steps which will lead you to being able to accomplish big things in just one year. Sticking to a plan, understanding your limiting beliefs, and goal setting are some of the key areas he covers.
Goals are a big part of this book and Hyatt goes into detail to form the right number of habit and achievement goals you should have set and written down at once. He also talks about limiting your daily to do list to only 3 of the most important items you want to accomplish.
His approach is basic yet effective. I have read many of Hyatt’s books and love his simple writing style. I know this book will help you to get back on track to accomplish some big things in the future.
While the simple act of reading or listening to audiobooks may not have an immediate affect on your life. You can bet if you apply some of the information you learn each day, you will be making positive progress.
